Pick-Up Truck Drove Through Sarasota Home: FL Troopers
A pick-up truck drove through a stop sign into a Sarasota home, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

SARASOTA, FL — The homeowner was injured after a pickup truck crashed into a Sarasota home early Tuesday morning, the Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.
The Ford F-150 was heading east on Tournament Boulevard as it approached the stop sign intersection at Country Club Way around 12:30 a.m.
The truck went through the stop sign and left the road before slamming into a home on Country Club Way, troopers said.

The homeowner, a 62-year-old Sarasota man, was inside the residence at the time of the crash. He suffered non-incapacitating injuries, according to FHP.
The driver, a 54-year-old Sarasota man, was not injured in the crash.
