The vision of developers Chas Bruck and Adam Harden of SoHo Capital who wanted to create a shared workspace for restaurants, bars, shops and educational classes and workshops, the Heights Public Market recycled as many items from the original Armature Works as possible including the old roof that was milled down into hardwood flooring.

They’ve incorporated 11,000 square feet of co-working office space in the building. The Bay 3 work spaces will include an array of technical and design amenities for entrepreneurs and start-ups.

The Heights Public Market is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m.. to 11 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
