New Year's Eve Extravaganza at The Pier: FirstKids, Live Music, and More

The Pier hosts an elaborate day and night of family-friendly fun to ring in 2012.

From 1pm to 9pm, families can enjoy face- and body-painters, who charge a nominal fee. Fritz from Fritzy Bros. One Man Circus will be on hand from 2pm to 10pm, and Father Time will drop by from 7pm to 10pm.

From 5pm to 8pm, children with First Night St. Pete buttons can participate in FirstKids activities on the third floor and in the dockside activity room. (*NOTE: These activities require a $6 First Night button per child, entitling the child to access all other First Night venues. Click here for more information.)

From 8:30pm to 11:30pm, make a Dance Heads music video (with your head on a dancer's body) in the dockside activity room.

The band Shotgun Justice will perform from 9pm until 1am in the Courtyard by the Bay.

Don't forget the fireworks! We'll have two shows, at 9pm and at midnight.
