Fugitive Matthew Dion Caught in Florida
The man, captured in Orange Park, was spotted in St. Petersburg last year.

A fugitive wanted for allegedly setting fire to his parents’ Manchester home and having child pornography on a computer last year was caught Wednesday morning in Florida, according to U.S. Marshals.
Dion has been on the run since March 2014. U.S. Marshals allege that Dion set fire to his adoptive parent’s Manchester home at that time. Robert and Constance Dion, who lived on Mooresville Road in Manchester, were found after firefighters put out the blaze.

A Fugitive of the Week notice was put out for Dion not long after. Two months ago, he was added to the U.S. Marshal’s Most Wanted list and had reportedly been seen in Florida.
“As a U.S. Marshals Top 15 Fugitive, Dion received extensive media attention,” Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White noted. “It was due to a recent media campaign in Florida and Georgia that caused many tipsters to contact the U.S. Marshals. Based on these tips, Dion was successfully captured this morning at a hotel in Orange Park, FL.”
