• Annual Sumter Pink Walk for Cancer Set for October 24 (phoebehealth.com) — Americus residents can join the Sumter Pink Walk for Cancer on Saturday, October 24, at the Mattie H. Marshall Cross Country Trail on the Phoebe Sumter campus. The annual fundraiser supports local cancer patients at Phoebe Sumter's oncology clinic, with registration starting at $25 and including a T‑shirt and swag bag for participants.
