Katt Williams and a north Georgia teenager are facing disorderly conduct charges after getting into a fight recently at the teen's apartment complex.
A video of the fight surfaced online and quickly became viral. The video, along with witness statements, led police to file charges, according to NBC News.
Williams had been doing community service and playing soccer with children at a Gainesville housing complex when the incident happened.
The video shows Williams seemingly in a confrontation with the teen, and then throwing the first punch. After a brief scuffle on the ground, the teenager puts Williams in an MMA-like side choke hold. The fight is then broken up by onlookers.
The teenager has been identified as Luke Wash, 17, and is being charged as an adult in the incident.
Williams has had quite a few brushes with the law recently throughout metro Atlanta.
First, he was accused of punching a pool supply store employee in Gainesville back in late February. Then, he and his entourage in Midtown got into a scrape with some women who were attending a bachelorette party.
Meanwhile, the women who are accusing Williams of attacking them in Midtown want the comedian to face felony charges.
Williams has also been arrested for allegedly punching a salesman in Leslie's Pool Supplies in Hall County.
