ATLANTA — Former Vice President Mike Pence has been added to the witness list in Fulton County's election interference case against his former superior, former President Donald Trump, CNN reported Wednesday.

Trump surrendered to the Fulton County Jail on Aug. 24 after being indicted in the widespread subversion case. Trump and 18 others were accused of trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia.

CNN reported Pence could be called to testify in the trial against Trump though he was not deemed majorly significant in Fulton's case.
