The APD Fugitive Unit, working with the FBI Violent Crime Task Force, took Chance Blue into custody on murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault charges, following earlier charges against Naim Smith.

2. Georgia Power restores power to 80,000 customers after Isaias brings high winds, fallen trees (atlantanewsfirst.com) — High winds from Isaias knocked out power and toppled trees across metro Atlanta, but Georgia Power says electricity has now been restored to more than 80,000 customers. In-town streets like Highland Avenue saw large trees crash onto cars and cut power overnight, rattling residents but causing no reported injuries. Crews credit recent grid upgrades for speeding up restoration.

4. Kevin Denkey nets two, Cincinnati tops Atlanta to end skid (statenews.net) — Atlanta United fell 3–1 at home to FC Cincinnati on Saturday night, despite controlling possession and a second-half equalizer from Miguel Almiron.
