Midair On Six Flags Over GA Ride: Report (patch.com) — Visitors at Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell were left hanging more than 200 feet in the air when the SkyScreamer ride briefly stopped, prompting fear among some riders. Park officials said the ride’s safety systems worked as designed during the roughly 10-minute pause, and guests were safely returned to the loading area after a full systems check.
