• Family seeks legal action against Bainbridge Public Safety, Walmart after arrest (walb.com) — A Bainbridge family is pursuing legal counsel after a 71-year-old woman was injured and cited for disorderly conduct during an Aug. 18 encounter with Bainbridge Public Safety officers at the East Alice Street Walmart. The department has opened an internal investigation and is reviewing video of the incident, while the woman continues medical treatment and says she's now fearful of returning to the store.
