Kicking off a Georgia Tech research program, students have pulled the first fifty tires from Buckhead creek beds to be used for the thermal mass walls in its Aquaponics Experiment. The Buckhead Coalition has pledged $2,500 for the clean-up procedure.  You can read more about the aquaponics experiment and the coalition's partnership with Georgia Tech .
