Bogan Park Aquatic Center Interior Finish Work and Other Permits Issued in Buford

The following Buford area building permits were recently issued by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development. 

Tenant change:

• 2680 Hamilton Mill Road, Suite 101-A (Change in ownership - Philly Bistro)
• 1851 Satellite Boulevard (Change in ownership – Waterstone Apartments)

Interior finish:

• Bogan Park Aquatic Center, 2725 North Bogan Road – Work includes 300 square foot addition and roof replacement.

Construction of single-family residence:

• 3395 Ivey Ridge Road 

Vacant structure registration permit issued:

• 3697 Burel Mill Drive
• 2119 Water Mill Court

Other:

• 3771 Tuggle Road – Permit issued for construction of a pole barn.
