Buford Docket Book: Battery, Parole Violation and Theft by Receiving

Kevin Mitchell Davis, 3677 Burel Mill Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 15. The listed charges are DUI, improper lane change and improper passing of emergency vehicle.

Dequan Marques Clark, 1400 Mall of Georgia Blvd., Apt. 1302, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 14. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Karen Allison Forrester, 4625 Vintage Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 14. The listed charge is probation violation. She is also being held for another agency.

Marshall Anthony Hooper, 2065 Buford Dam Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 14. The listed charge is probation violation.

Jacinto Miranda Perez, 4440 Plantation Mill Trail, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 14. The listed charges are windshield not in good condition, improper name and address and driving without a license.

John Andrew Phagan, 1185 Buford Dam Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 13. The listed charge is DUI.

James Matthew Hicks, 4325 Swansey Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 13. He is being held for another agency. 

Casey James Fisher, 2693 Braselton Highway, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 13. The listed charge is probation violation.

Angela Dianne Cook, 376 Bona Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 13. The listed charge is deposit account fraud.

Deandre Darnell Hawkins, 3426 Rosecliff Trace, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 13. The listed charge is probation violation.

Darian Blake Hart, 2901 Sedgeview Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charges are three counts of battery.

Marcus Dwayne Blow, 300 Forest Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is probation violation.

Adrian Demontre Young, 2617 Sagefield Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charges are theft by receiving and possession of vehicle or vehicle parts with identification number removed.

Xavier Christopher Nesbitt, 120 Harlan Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is theft by taking.

Margaret Jordan Wilson, 1375 Rock Springs Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is no driver's license.

Cierra Dawn Lee Lewis, 2006 Windridge Apt. B, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is probation violation.

Han Sol Park, 4525 Bogan Gates Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is battery.

Santos Smith Avila, 4635 Candlewyck Way, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is second-degree criminal damage to property.

Adams Kyle Madkins, 4280 South Lee Street, Apt. F6, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is failure to appear.

Kenneth Ryan Atkins, 140 Line Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 12. The listed charge is driving while license suspended or revoked.
