Buford Docket Book: Burglary, Robbery, Rape and Other Charges

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between March 19 and March 22. Those arrested and their charges include (see photos above):

Tracy Lynn Jackson, 509 Allan Street, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 21. The listed charge is probation violation.

Francisco Bello, 1008 Hartford Run, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 20. The listed charges are first degree burglary and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

James Aubrey Harris, 3417 Friendship Farm Drive, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 20. The listed charges are contempt of court and theft by taking.

Charlie Warren Williams, 2989 Rock Quarry Road, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 20. The listed charges are battery and third-degree cruelty to children.

Derrick Clifford Varnadore, 2989 West Rock Quarry Road, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 20. The listed charges are possession of marijuana or a controlled substance and crossing the guardline with drugs.

Nathan Barrett Mayer, 2450 Queensboro Lane, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 19. The listed charges are rape and incest.

Brandon Lee Holgate, 5540 Little Mill Road, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 19. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Darnell Hamilton, 2138 Old Flowery Branch Road, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 19. The listed charge is robbery.

Kevin Patrick Garnett, 515 Copper Street, Buford, was booked in to the jail on March 19. The listed charges are driving without a license and improper backing.
