Buford Docket Book for Oct. 2
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Sept. 29 and Oct. 2. Those arrested and their charges include:
Mahtanah Joyce Nicole Thompson, 2138 Flowery Branch Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude, obstruction, reckless driving and improper lane change.
Matthew Scott King, 5754 Hickory Wood Lane, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 1 on a charge of DUI.

Richard Bernard Hood, 5764 Dexters Mill Place, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 1 on a charge of DUI.
Felix Lara Martinez, 2851 Thompson Mill Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 1 on a charge of driving without a license.

Janice Lynn Griffin, 4655 Candlewick Way, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 30 on charges of failure to have license in possession and speeding. She was also detained for another agency.
Darryl Matthew Gang, 3112 Seneca Farm Lane, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 30 on charges of battery and obstruction.
Shawn Poole, 1882 Arbor Springs Way, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 30 on charges of DUI and improper land change.
Fidel Hernandez Soto, 1659 Palmetto Court, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 29 on charges of failure to stop and failure to update license information.
Michael Melvin Donald, 1694 Willoughby Drive, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 29 on charges of speeding, DUI and open container.
Danny McInnes, 3393 Briarglen Circle, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 28 on charges of DUI and improper lane change.
Lucian William Kennedy IV, 1902 Pine Tree Drive, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 28 on charges of DUI, improper lane change, open container and driving while license suspended or revoked.
Markius Lovenll Weeks, 675 Horizon Parkway, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 28 on a probation violation charge and on a charge of giving false name or information to a law enforcement officer.
