Buford Docket Book for Sept. 11

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Sept. 8 and Sept. 11. Those arrested and their charges include: 

Anthony Lamar Poole, 92 N. Alexander Street, Buford was arrested on Sept. 10 on a probation violation charge.

Randy Jerome Keller, 1872 Arbor Springs Way, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 10 on a charge of failure to appear.

Yaroslav Slavik Russu, 1845 Apple Mill Court, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 10 on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Cody Ted Dailey, 4065 Gables Place, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 10 on charges of criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit a crime and criminal attempt to commit a crime.

Tyler Joshua Vreeland, 2675 Matlin Way, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 10 on charges of DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, underage possession, open container and use of a false or fictitious name on a driver’s license application.

Russell Dernard Spencer, 2415 Weber Heights Way, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 9 on a charge of simple battery.

Noel Edward Bender, 1310 Hartford Run, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 9 on a charge of battery.

Douglas Maurice Brown, 363 Bona Road, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 9 on two counts of aggravated stalking, one count of third-degree cruelty to children and a charge of battery.

Rachel Marie Richards, 2114 Oak Falls Lane, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 9 on charges of improper lane change, driving on the wrong side of the road and DUI.

Chiquita Yvette Ward, 6325 Lake Windsor Parkway, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 8 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Gustavo Deleon-Garcia, 90 Jones Street, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 8 on charges of failure to appear, giving false name or information and driving without a license. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Antonio Simpson, 2075 Pine Tree Drive, Apt. G2, Buford, was taken into custody on Sept. 8 on an outstanding warrant.

Lucian William Kennedy IV, 1902 Pine Tree Drive, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 8 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and a brake light violation.

Stephen Michael Ray, 3316 Montauk Hill Drive, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 8 on a charge of simple battery.

Cody Glen Mitchell, 2324 Duncans Shore Drive, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 8 on a charge of simple battery.

Kristy Ann Ray, 3316 Montauk Hill Drive, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 8 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Juan David Arteaga, 5765 Little Mill Parkway, Buford, was arrested on Sept. 7 on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.
