Coming to Mall of Georgia: New Restaurant, Salon, Women's Shop

Smokey Bones, Aerie and Ooh La La Beauty Bar are set to open by mid-summer.

BUFORD, GA -- Three new offerings -- a bar & grill, a salon and a women’s fashion boutique -- have been announced for Mall of Georgia.

Mall management on Thursday announced that Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, Aerie and Ooh La La Beauty Bar are set to open in the Southeast’s biggest mall by mid-summer.

“We’re always looking for stores and eateries that will further enhance the experience for our shoppers,” Teresa Holloway, director of marketing and business development at Mall of Georgia, said in a news release. “These new offerings complement our current retail mix with the additions of intimate apparel, salon services and extended dining destinations.”

Smokey Bones will offer food and drinks in a 6,240 square foot restaurant set to open at the Village in July. With two other locations in metro Atlanta, Smokey Bones is known for its smoked wings, baby back ribs and other offerings.

Owned by American Eagle Outfitters, Aerie is scheduled to open in May. The 3,144 square foot shop, on the lower level near Belk, will offer lingerie, apparel, sleepwear and accessories aimed at young women.

Ooh La La Beauty Bar is set to open in June on the upper level near Dick’s Sporting Goods. The 1,135 square foot salon will offer everything from blowouts to henna tattoos.

The three will join other recently announced new Mall of Georgia shops like Lizard Thicket, Windsor Fashions and Versace Gelateria that are set to open in coming months.

Its most recent new arrival, Garrett Popcorn, had its grand opening last week.
