Discovering Dolls at McDaniel Farm

Come learn about the history of dolls and make your own folk doll. The rag doll was the most popular and well known of all dolls and was often a child’s first toy. Examine the role women played in the development of dolls and other women of achievement in honor of Women’s History Month. Please note sewing is involved in this program and is recommended for participants age 9 to adult. This program is perfect for groups or individuals and will be approximately 1.5 hours.
