The restaurant will occupy about 6,209 square feet in the Mall of Georgia Village, near Chico's.
It will offer a simple menu of nine signature pizzas and an assortment of salads, Italian wines, bottled beer and desserts.
Based on true Neapolitan pizza techniques and ingredients, the restaurant features 800-degree ovens, house-made sauces and imported flour, cheese, Citterio pepperoni, sopressata, extra virgin olive oil, truffle oil, canned tomatoes and sea salt straight from Italy for an authentic slice of Naples pie.
The restaurant’s decor will include an open kitchen, exposed brick and long community tables.
