Smith Douglas Homes Hosts First-time Buyers Workshops THIS Weekend

Following the success of its first-time buyers workshop at Ballentine Point in Hiram, Smith Douglas Homes is excited to announce that it will be hosting two workshops this Saturday, Oct. 25. Presented in conjunction with Fidelity Bank, these first-time homebuyer workshops will be held at Woodward Crossing in Buford and Woodstock Village in Woodstock.

Scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., these workshops will provide prospective buyers with everything they need to know before they buy their first home. Topics to be covered include:

· Financing

· Why Buy New: Working with a New Home Specialist

· Working with Your Builder

· The Closing

Following the workshop, attendees can take part in a question and answer session with a panel of experts, and then enjoy a block-style party with catered lunch. Buyers at Woodward Crossing will dine on delicious food from The Varsity. The event at Woodstock Village, catered by Family Tradition, will feature a variety of chili options including white bean chicken chili, traditional chili and spicy hot chili, as well as all of the fixings imaginable.

In addition, attendees who choose to purchase a new home from Smith Douglas Homes will be eligible to receive $5,000 to use toward closing costs.*
