Ball Ground Historical Society To Host Civil War Program

The Ball Ground Historical Society next week will host a program presented by the Cherokee County Historical Society.

The program will be held during the Ball Ground organization’s regular meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. Oct. 28 at Ball Ground City Hall.

The program, titled A Union Family in Rebel Territory, will be presented by Lisa Tressler with the Cherokee Historical Society. The public is invited to attend the program, which will review the war’s history in the Cherokee County area.
