Police Investigating Canton Bank Robbery
The incident was reported shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday at BB&T on Prominence Point Parkway.
CANTON, GA — Canton police officers and detectives are working to track down the man accused of robbing a bank Tuesday morning.
According to police, the suspect walked into BB&T at 152 Prominence Point Parkway around 10:51 a.m. Sept. 6 and "demanded money."
No weapon was brandished, and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money in a light-blue older model Ford Thunderbird or Mercury Cougar.

The suspect was seen driving toward Marietta Highway, police note.
