Deputies responding to the shooting found Miceli shot to death in the driveway, began searching the property for a suspect and found a second man with a nearby gun, authorities previously said. They added it appeared the second man, identified as the suspect, shot his relative before turning the gun on himself.
Miceli's father-in-law is in Wellstar Kennestone Hospital and suffering life-threatening injuries from the shooting, authorities said. A motive in the shooting is unknown.
