Canton Moose Lodge Honors Cherokee Firefighters
The organization held its annual Community Service Awards Banquet Monday evening.
CANTON, GA -- The Canton Moose Lodge on Monday honored several firefighters and staff members with Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services at its annual Community Service Awards Banquet.
The keynote speaker during the 2016 event was Todd Hayes, Cherokee County's assistant solicitor general.
Following the speech, members of the Canton Moose Lodge presented awards to several employees with the county agency.

Recognized at this year’s banquet were:
- Battalion 1 Firefighter Award – Capt. Ryan Osborne
- Battalion 2 Firefighter Award – Frank Madonna
- Battalion 3 Firefighter Award – Destiny Labossiere
- Volunteer Firefighter Award – Paul Slovisky
- EMS Employee of the Year Award – Chad Huff
- Fire Administration Award – Babette Davis
- Special Operations Award – Jeff Finney
- Explorer of the Year Award – Brad Hough
