Car Crashes Into Beauty Salon
No injuries were reported in the collision, which took place Thursday at Mane Kreations Beauty Salon in Holly Springs.
CANTON, GA -- No one was injured when a vehicle crashed onto a Cherokee County business late Thursday morning.
The accident was reported around 11:15 a.m. Oct. 27 at the Kroger shopping center in Holly Springs.
Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services responded to the call at Mane Kreations at 4043 Marietta Highway and when crews arrived on the scene, they found a white Scion XD hatchback had crashed through the front of the business, the agency said.

The owner of the business said she was in up front "when she heard a loud boom and a car coming straight towards her," the agency added.
The driver of the vehicle, a 66-year-old male, his wife, salon employees and a customer were caught off guard and surprised by the accident, but did not report any injuries.

Cherokee fire states the storefront received extensive damage to its door and windows. The accident remains under investigation by the Holly Springs Police Department.
