Cheesy Artichoke Dip on Crusty Bread
Next time you have a cookout or barbecue, pop this dish out of the oven and watch how it disappears.

Do you like artichoke dip? I know that every time I go to a party and there’s a bowl of artichoke dip, I can’t stop eating. I think it’s an addiction. If you love artichoke dip like I do, then you will definitely love this bread. It’s a version of the dip but on a loaf of crusty bread. How good does that sound? Next time you have a cookout or barbecue, pop this dish out of the oven and watch how it disappears. It’s that good.
INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of Italian or French bread

¼ cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced

⅓ cup mayonnaise
1½ cups of grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 4 oz. can of artichokes, chopped
¼ cup of panko bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut bread in half, lengthwise. Brush with olive oil.
2. Mix the garlic, mayonnaise, artichokes, and ¼ cup of the mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
3. Spread mixture on top of bread.
4. Mix remaining mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle on top of bread.
5. Drizzle with a little more olive oil.
6. Bake in a preheated 400ºF oven for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning.
For easy portability, wrap the bread in foil and take it along to your get together. All you have to do is place the whole thing on the grill and heat it up.
