Coffee With A Cop Continues Next Week With Canton Police

The Canton Police Department will soon offer another chance for you to meet and greet the men and women on the force.

The agency will host another Coffee with a Cop session from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13 at Starbucks on S.R. 20/Cumming Highway.

These initiatives, Canton police say, ”enhances community trust, increase our agency’s legitimacy and builds partnerships with our citizens.”

“Our previous Coffee with a Cop events this year have been very successful in allowing our department and citizens to remove physical barriers and genuienly have open dialogue about things that happen outside crisis situations that routine define interactions between law enforcement and the community,” said Chief Mark Mitchell.

Starbucks is located at 2030 Cumming Highway in Canton.
