Dump Trash, Recycle Electronics On June 2 In Canton
The June installment of Dumpster Days will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in front of Canton City Hall.

CANTON, GA — The June installment of the city of Canton's Dumpster Days campaign will return this weekend. From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 2, residents can dispose of trash and unwanted items, recycle many electronics and off-load up to 10 tires free of charge in front of City Hall.
Dumpster Days is for city of Canton residents only, and participants must bring proof of residency when they drop off items. If you're unsure if you live in the city limits, click here to double check your address.
Item that will be accepted by the city include computers laptops, gaming console systems, VCR/DVD players, stereo equipment, vacuum cleaners, microwave/toasters/toaster ovens, hair dryers/curling irons, tools, wires and cables, phones (cellphones & home phone systems), printers/fax machines, washers/dryers, dishwashers and other home appliances (excluding refrigerators), sofas and mattresses and dry paint.

- Fuel tanks
- Motor oil
- Fuel drums
- Household hazardous waste
- Antifreeze
- Wet paint
- Paint thinners
- Pesticides
- Pool chemicals
- Commercial waste
