Run for the Rescues 5k is a race to benefit Green Pets America which is a local 501 c3 non profit organization that rescues ,rehabilitates and rehomes homeless animals from kill shelters in Cherokee Co. and surrounding counties and gets them into foster homes until a permanent home is found. Medical care and proper food is also provided. Please come out and support this wonderful and much needed organization. All proceeds benefit the organization.
