Gas Line Work Starts Next Week On Holly Springs Parkway

Atlanta Gas Light will need to perform utility work next week in Holly Springs, and motorists are advised to find an alternate route.

Weather permitting, crews with the company will perform the work along Holly Springs Parkway/Old Highway 5 just south of Riverside Way Wednesday, Dec. 9 or Thursday, Dec. 10, the company said.

Riverside Way is also known as Payne Drive, and sits south of Toonigh Road.

The road will not be completely closed during the work. While work is done on one lane, the lanes will shift over to utilize the remaining lane and the turn lane.
