The proposal called for building 454 age-targeted homes in a private community along Stringer Road at S.R. 140 in Hickory Flat.

HOLLY SPRINGS, GA -- A proposal to annex and rezone land in Hickory Flat to build hundreds of homes is apparently off the table.
Parks Huff, the attorney for applicant FR-Peachtree, LLC, withdrew their applications without prejudice during the Holly Springs City Council's work session on Monday, said City Manager Rob Logan.
Logan said the proposals to annex and rezone the land "will not be coming back for a vote."
