• Do not hang fly strip over food contact surfaces.
• Label all bulk storage containers as to contents. Do not reuse spice containers for other ingredients.
• Replace missing hand wash sign in women's restroom.
• Remove magnetic knife rack and properly store knives. Do not leave ice scoop in ice machine. All scoops in food/ingredients must be stored with handle not in contact with product.
• All raw wood in kitchen must be painted with washable paint. Do not line shelving with cardboard.
• Do not use cardboard as a ceiling tile.
