A Cherokee County Environmental Health food service inspector observed the following at 7 Tequilas during an inspection on Oct. 17:

• Observed employee engage in food preparation, handle clean equipment or utensils, or touch unwrapped single-service items, without washing hands. The manager corrected and hands properly washed. Corrected on-site.
• Observed employee improperly washing hands and the manager corrected and proper hand washing technique used to wash hands. Corrected on-site.
• Observed garbage on the ground and/or pad around and behind dumpster and must be cleaned up.
• Floors, walls, wall cove base and ceiling in need of repair. The manager must ensure that facility is in good repair.
• Garbage in outside enclosure not protected from insects and rodents. Observed flies in kitchen and must be controlled.
