A food service inspector cited Barney’s for the following during its Oct. 28 inspection:

• Observed wasp killer spray improperly stored above single service cups and lids; the manager corrected and relocated chemical spray;
• Observed single service storage on the floor and must store items and equipment 6 inches off the floor for cleaning and pest control;
• Observed cutting board stained and must be maintained clean; observed build up on equipment and must be kept clean;
• Observed garbage can lid open and must be kept closed;
• Observed garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster and must be cleaned up;
• Observed cracked and broken floor tile and must be repaired;
• Observed light shield missing on back kitchen lights and in walk in cooler and must be corrected; and
• Front and back door broken and must be replaced or repaired.
