Grey Matter and Rolling Nowhere will also provide live music at the gazebo, and Main Street will be filled with vendors, food and fun for the entire family.
Judges for the chili cook-off will be Chef Marc Wegman of Adele’s Authentic Cajun Experience in Roswell; Chef David Silverman of Reel Seafood in Woodstock; Gerry Sanchez, social media specialist; and Michael Goodwin, academic integrity coordinator for Kennesaw State University. They will be judging the chili on color, aroma, consistency, taste, aftertaste and the contestants on showmanship.
Additionally, residents can also participate in a costume contest, scarecrow contest and trick-or-treating with downtown merchants from 10 a.m. to noon.
