In Memory: Joseph Dillon Howell, 23
Howell died last week in a motorcycle accident in northwest Cherokee County.

Mr. Joseph Dillon Howell, age 23, of Waleska, departed this life on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014 in Cherokee County from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Dillon was born June 21, 1991, in Marietta.

He is survived by his father, Lee Timms of Waleska; mother, Dianna Howell of Blairsville; stepmother, Allyson Timms of West Palm Beach, Florida; fiancée, Julia Quarles of Waleska; brothers, James, John; sisters, Heather, Sarah, Emma; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Joseph Dillon Howell were held Friday Nov. 14, 2014 at 2 p.m. from the Ponders Fairmount Chapel. Interment will follow in the Black Knob Baptist Church Cemetery in Pickens County. The family received friends at the funeral home on Thursday.
