The donation will fund medical, dental and educational program for patients unable to pay for the services, said Danny West, a member of the Bethesda Community Clinic Board of Directors.
“The Auxiliary’s donation will benefit our citizens that need services such as physical exams, well-woman exams, chronic disease management, diabetes education and nutrition classes,” West said.
In addition, Bethesda Community Clinic offers wellness coaching, prescription assistance and blood lab testing including STD/HIV testing.
West added the clinic also offers “counseling services based on Biblical principles, counseling referrals and in-house pastoral counseling by appointment.”
