Detectives with the Glasgow Police Department in Kentucky have arrested at least one suspect in the alleged theft of $18,000 in Pandora jewelry from a local business, the agency said on its Facebook page.
Canton police spokesperson Pacer Cordry said the case in Kentucky and how it unfolded is similar to the incident that occurred last month at Chamberhouse.

“A lot of it is still under investigation,” he added.
At around 2 p.m. July 14, two suspects walked into Chamberhouse at 145 West Main Street. One suspect distracted the store clerk while the other proceeded to steal several thousand dollars in Pandora jewelry from the store.
No specific description of the suspects was given, other than that they were of Hispanic origin, Cordry stated.
Chamberhouse owner Cleveland Chambers told WSB-TV that the thieves allegedly stole $24,000 in Pandora jewelry from his family’s gift shop.
Late last month, 30-year-old Jennifer Aristizabal Zuluagha was arrested by Glasgow, Kentucky, police following that jurisdiction’s incident and charged with theft by unlawful taking of more than $10,000.
She’s currently being held pending her immigration status, Glasgow police said on its Facebook page. Glasgow detectives, along with Canton police, are working to determine if the cases are connected or if they are part of a larger theft ring.
“At this point, it’s tough to tell,” Cordry added. “We will find out more after they interview them.”
