Jay Baker said Brian Miller, 28, turned himself over to authorities Wednesday afternoon. Cherokee Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Lt. Jay Baker said Brian Miller, 28, turned himself over to authorities Wednesday afternoon. He is charged with one count of aggravated assault and was booked into the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center with a $22,200 bond.
