VINE is a community awareness program that uses computer technology and the telephone to provide victims of crime with offender information.

From Cherokee Sheriff's Office: The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office wants to remind citizens about the Cherokee County Victim & Notification Everyday (VINE) Registration. VINE is a comprehensive community awareness program that uses computer technology and the telephone to provide victims of crime with vital offender custody information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
