The preschool houses Georgia Head Start, pre-kindergarten and preschool special education classes for the Cherokee County School District.

"Christian was blessed with well trained teachers, qualified speech therapists and caring nurses," according to the event website. "Christian would come home after preschool and teach us how to sing, dance and most importantly smile as he mirrored his time at preschool with our family. Our hope is that through this event we will have an opportunity to bless other children, and bring years of smiles to their faces."

The foundation was formed by Christian's parents, Keith and Trisha Egner, as an avenue to give back to the Cherokee County community.

Its main goal is to raise money to help the causes that had a positive impact on their child's life.
