Residents Can Learn How To Open A Business in Canton

Tuesday's installment of Canton Main Street Mornings will feature a discussion on how to start or relocate a business in Canton.

The Canton Main Street Program on Tuesday will host an informational session how to start a business in Canton.

Presented by Canton Economic Development Director Matthew Thomas, Starting a Business in Canton will kick off at 8 a.m. Sept. 9 at Canton City Hall.

Residents will have the chance to ask questions pertaining what they need to do to open or relocate their venture to the city.

Later that day, the Canton Main Street Program will hold its annual Stakeholders Meeting at 5:30 p.m. at Canton Theatre.

Billy Peppers, director for the Office of Downtown Development at Georgia Department of Community Affairs, will be on hand as the guest speaker. The event is free and open to the public.
