Restaurant Burglary Suspect Sought By Police

The Cherokee Sheriff's Office says the incident was reported Feb. 14 at Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant near Canton.

CANTON, GA -- The Cherokee Sheriff's Office is asking the public to provide any details that could help them identify the man believed to have burglarized a restaurant.

Surveillance footage captured the suspect around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14 at Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant 8012 Cumming Highway, which is located at the corner of S.R. 20 and East Cherokee Drive in the Macedonia community.

The image below is not the actual vehicle, but detectives believe it to be the same color, make and model year of the one seen on camera.

It also appears the suspect vehicle doesn't have a tailgate, and has a metal roll type bumper, the agency said in its be-on-the-lookout alert.
