  • ServSafe certification has expired. Must re-certify within 60 days. 
  • Observed cooler maintaining temperature of 64°F. Raw pork relocated to freezer section. Other items non-TCS foods. TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below (door is not closing properly and thermometer not accurate).
  • Store utensils for serving clean and dry or store in product with handle extended. Observed serving utensils stored in water.
  • Cold water pressure is inadequate. This must be repaired.
