Rotary Club Of Canton Hosts Annual Community Prayer Breakfast
A crowd of 200 guests enjoyed fellowship, inspiration and prayer at the Northside Hospital Cherokee Conference Center in Canton.

CANTON, GA — The Rotary Club of Canton celebrated the power of prayer at its second annual Cherokee County Prayer Breakfast.
With the support of sponsors from the business and civic community, a crowd of 200 guests enjoyed a morning of fellowship, inspiration and prayer at the Northside Hospital Cherokee Conference Center in Canton.
Dwight “Ike” Reighard, President and CEO of MUST Ministries and senior pastor of Piedmont Church, delivered a message focused on servant leadership and giving. He encouraged everyone to adopt an abundance mentality every day, and what better time to start than the holiday season.

“When we are doing well ourselves, we should be doing good. We should be the salt and light of our communities,” he said.
The morning also featured Miss Georgia Victoria Hill of Canton, who shared her platform message about the importance of supporting foster children and then shared a song.

Anyone interested in joining the Rotary Club is welcome to attend a weekly lunch meeting at noon on Tuesdays at the Northside Hospital Cherokee Conference Center, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton.
Upcoming programs include:
- Dec. 3 – Rotary Member Vocational Talks
- Dec. 10 – Christmas Party (NOTE: This meeting is at 6:30 p.m. at Downtown Kitchen in Canton)
- Dec. 17 – Concert by the Hasty Singers of Hasty ES Fine Arts Academy
The club will not meet Dec. 24 or 30.
