Sheriff's Office: Wait to Head Out Thursday Morning in Cherokee County
Deputies have responded to multiple vehicles stuck in the snow and ice, according to the Sheriff's Office.

With the area under a winter storm warning until 10 a.m., Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents to avoid the roads this morning, if possible.
“Most roadways in Cherokee County are slick and slushy, but many areas are extremely dangerous,” according to a statement on Facebook.
Roads around Waleska, Lake Arrowhead and in the Clayton community are in poor shape, deputies report.
