On Saturday, May 2, comedians Darryl Rhodes and Jerry Harvey will take the stage. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Food and drinks will be made available, and there’s a $15 cover charge. Residents can make reservations by emailing dlmancini5@gmail.com.
According to Scoop OTP, snug is a popular European term that means a “small, comfortable room.” The restaurant’s owners are Chef Bryan Rose, Damien Mancini and his parents Don and Linda Mancini.
The Snug replaces The Painted Pig Tavern, which was owned by Joseph Guynup. Scoop OTP reports Guynup had the chance to sell both the restaurant and bar, and “is excited about the new owners’ plans.”
Scoop OTP also reports the menu will include options such as craft beer, hamburgers, steaks, pizza and shellfish. The restaurant’s upper level will be used to book live music acts and comedians.
