AT&T Expands 4G Network in Canton
The company said the investment is a result of consumer demand.

CANTON, GA -- On Monday, AT&T announced that it has enhanced high-speed connectivity for businesses and residents in around the cities of Woodstock and Canton.
The investments are in response to customer demand, adding more capacity to the latest generation of wireless technology and reflecting AT&T’s ongoing investments in high-speed Internet by enhancing the nation’s most reliable 4G LTE network, the company said.
Whether Cherokee County residents are at the conference table, the kitchen table, or on the go, they require fiber-optics based, high-speed connectivity.

“Without question, the work being done by the Georgia Legislature to craft and adopt pro-investment policies are vital to the continuing growth and vitality of our state and local economies,” said Pam Carnes, president and CEO of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce. “The demand for modern communications services in Georgia is growing, and this type of investment is key for our continued economic success and vitality.”
