Carrollton boys athletic teams take first in GADA Director's Cup (times-georgian.com) — Carrollton High School’s boys athletic program just captured first place statewide in the GADA Director’s Cup, capping a standout 2025–26 year for Trojan sports. The boys set a school record for points, led by football, cross country, track and field, baseball, soccer, and golf, while the girls program also finished a strong eighth in Georgia’s largest classification.

Author, 13, shines bright at book launch (times-georgian.com) — A 13-year-old author celebrated her debut mystery novel with a heartfelt book launch at the Carrollton Center for the Arts, surprising close friends by dedicating the story to them.
