BYOB (Back Yard on a Budget) A series of educational workshops for local homeowners on how they can manage gardening, landscaping, yard enjoyment projects, etc. on a budget. Sponsored by the Carroll County Master Gardeners and will be held at the Carroll County Ag Center.
